Curtis Regimbal’s career has been defined by one core mission: helping healthcare professionals build, grow, and ultimately maximize the value of their practices.
He began in the dental industry as an equipment specialist at Henry Schein, working alongside doctors to bring their visions to life - whether launching a new practice or expanding an existing one. From there, he advanced into a territory consultant role, where he partnered closely with practice owners to strengthen their business acumen, improve profitability, and optimize day‑to‑day operations.
Recognizing the importance of long-term planning, Curtis moved into dental brokerage, guiding doctors through one of the most significant milestones of their careers: the strategic sale of their practices. He later broadened his experience at Bank of America’s Practice Solutions division as a healthcare financier in the Animal Health space - helping veterinarians secure the capital needed to acquire and grow successful hospitals.
Now back in brokerage, Curtis combines hands-on experience across multiple healthcare industries to provide clients with a truly comprehensive advisory approach. His goal is simple: to ensure every doctor he works with understands their value and achieves the best possible outcome when it’s time to transition.
