Curtis brings a career defined by one core mission: helping healthcare professionals build, grow, and ultimately maximize the value of their practices. From his early days as an equipment specialist to his work as a healthcare financier and practice broker, he has guided doctors through every phase of ownership and he brings that full-spectrum perspective to Wicklow.

His arrival deepens our ability to serve dental and veterinary practice owners with the hands-on expertise and strategic insight they need to succeed.

A Proven Track Record Across the Full Ownership Journey

Curtis's path through the healthcare industry is anything but linear and that's exactly what makes him exceptional. He began at Henry Schein as a dental equipment specialist, working directly alongside doctors to launch new practices and expand existing ones. He then moved into a territory consultant role, partnering with practice owners to sharpen their business acumen, improve profitability, and streamline operations.

From there, Curtis stepped into dental brokerage, guiding owners through one of the most consequential decisions of their careers: the strategic sale of their practice. He later expanded his expertise at Bank of America's Practice Solutions division, working in the Animal Health space to help veterinarians secure the capital needed to acquire and grow successful hospitals.

Now back in brokerage, Curtis brings a rare combination of operational, financial, and transactional experience that gives his clients a meaningful edge.
